Vendor Overview for ALOHA Festival 2025

ALOHA Festival, a non-profit event held in Kauai—one of the most sacred power spots on Earth—invites resonant organizations and businesses offering conscious products or services to join us as vendors at ALOHA 2025

Vendor Details:

  • Vendor Fee: Our non-profit requires a $50 minimum donation to vend your food, goods, or services at our festival. Please APPLY HERE and confirm you will be coming by September 30th, 2024. Questions please reach out and email us at kauaialohafest@gmail.com

  • Space Provided: 10x10 space for retail or service offerings (e.g., massage)

  • Festival Passes: Each vendor receives (2) All day entry passes to the festival. Additional passes can be purchased for 50% off our day pass price.

  • Responsibilities: Vendors must bring their own tent, table, and materials. No electricity is available or provided to vendors and our event is during the day only.

  • Visibility: Vendors will be featured on the festival website and program, including a logo, bio/description, and link
