ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit YOGA, PEACE, and MUSIC festival, nestled at the banks of the sacred Wailua River and Pacific Ocean, near the small community of Kapaa on Kauai, Hawaii. We ask all attendees to please remain respectful of our neighbors, the County and on-site Rule and Regulations as well as state and local laws.


The ALOHA Festival will have ONE ENTRY point and TWO EXIT gates. Each day upon arrival please enter the festival ground through the Box Office entrance just north of the large pavillion at Lydgate State Park. Your name will be on the Guest List at the Box Office. Each entrant (including teachers, performers, vendors, volunteers and facilitators) is required to sign the Rules and Regulations and Liability Waiver. After signing the waiver you will be given a wrist band. Upon re-entry please show your wristband. As long as you have your wrist band you are welcome to enter and leave as much as you would like. Take a dip in Wailua Bay, vision at Hikina’akala Heiau (Temple under open sky) and attend our early morning sunrise meditations at the ocean’s edge.


We are blessed to hold the ALOHA festival at a gorgeous oceanside location.The ALOHA Festival is located on the north end of Lydgate State Park.

Please park tightly and/or carpool. See the map above with parking marked in “light blue”. Volunteers will direct how and where to park to ensure good flow.


The ALOHA Festival Box Office will be located at the Welcome and Registration entrance just north of the main pavilion. The entrance will be clearly marked upon your arrival. We accept credit, debit, and cash as forms of payment. If you have purchased a ticket your name will be on the guest list at the door. Tickets are NON-Refundable. Tickets can be transferred to another name prior to getting a wrist band.


The ALOHA Festival is a safe and contained space for healing. Please help maintain our values for heightened levels of awareness and peace by not tolerating harmful behaviors. If a participant chooses to break the Rules and Regulations they may be removed from the festival and forfeit their ticket. If someone or something makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, no matter how minor it may seem, please do not hesitate to report it to any ALOHA staff member.We do not tolerate harmful behavior and  will immediately address the situation and support you as best we can to ensure a greater sense of safety within the festival. A Life Guard First Aid stand is located at the Lydgate Beach Park on the ocean across from the festival.

The ALOHA Festival has a zero tolerance policy toward harassment of any kind, including but not limited to intolerance toward: race, color, national origin, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age, disability, appearance, religion, citizenship, or pregnancy. Harassment includes but is not limited to: non-consensual touching, verbal harassment, stalking, verbal or physical intimidation, offensive verbal comments, physical assault and/or battery, harassing or non-consensual photography or recording, bathroom policing, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcome physical attention.

Share the ALOHA and please look out for each other. If you see someone who may need help please inform our staff so that we can attend to their needs. Our priority is for our community to feel safe and at peace during the event. Please be courteous to your neighbors and look out for one another. Our top goal is safety for all.

Absolutely NO PETS are allowed on Lydgate State Park grounds. Under the Kauai County Parks Ordinance, anyone with an animal in a County park will be cited. Fine is $500 per animal. In accordance with Kaua’i County Code, Sec. 19-1.4(a)(7), no animals are allowed at county parks and recreational facilities except for service animals specifically trained to aid a disabled person. The ALOHA Festival is implementing the principles of “Zero Waste”. We hope to maximize the recovery of all recyclable and compostable material and divert as much as 80% to 90% of the normal waste from the landfill. We will have a “Waste/Recycling” station on festival grounds near the main stage. This station will have containers for recyclables, compostables and trash. It will be manned by trained volunteers to ensure materials are separated properly.

  • 1. Bring your own food utensils, bowls, water bottle & mug for tea and drinks.

  • 2. Pack out personal waste that is not compostable or recyclable.

  • 3. Protection and enjoy our natural resources.


You have heard it before, leave no trace. All personal belongings must be removed from the concert area at the conclusion of each night’s performances. The Aloha Festival cannot be held responsible for any lost and stolen items or merchandise. Please clean you area of the festival grounds during and after your stay to keep our island beautiful.


ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit


By attending the event, you (you or the “Participant”) hereby execute this waiver and release (the “Agreement”) effective as of the date your ticket is purchased. ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit produces yoga, outdoor activity and music festivals (each a “Festival” and, collectively, the “Festivals”) in a number of locations. The Festivals, including, but not limited to yoga, meditation, workshops, and performances (collectively, the “Activities”). You are aware of the potential dangers involved in the Activities.  In consideration of your participation in the Activities, you agree as follows:

  1. You hereby release ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit, the owners of any venue at which a Festival is held, and their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, members, agents, contractors, representatives, sponsors, volunteers, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, demands, damages, rights of action, or causes of action, arising out of your participation in any Activity at any Festival.

  2. You know and understand the scope, nature, and extent of the risks involved in the Activities. The Activity may require physical exertion, which may be strenuous and could, in some circumstances, result in injury, including, but not limited to, abnormal blood pressure, fainting, heartbeat disorders, physical injury, and heart attack.  If you experience any physical pain or discomfort, you agree to immediately discontinue the Activity and seek help. You voluntarily, freely and expressly choose to incur all risks associated with any Activity, understanding that those risks may include personal injury, damage to property, and/or death.

  3. If an emergency or other incident occurs in which, in the sole judgment of the Released Parties or medical personnel, requires medical treatment or care, you hereby consent to such treatment.  You understand and agree that any and all medical treatment rendered to you by, or at the request of, any Released Party is not an admission of obligation to provide, or continue to provide, any such medical treatment and also is not a waiver by any Released Party of any right under this Agreement.

  4. You represent and warrant the following: (a) you have read this Agreement and understand it; and (b) you are at least 18 years of age, are in good health, and have no physical defects that might cause you harm during your participation in any Activity.

  5. This Agreement extends and applies to all unknown, unforeseen, unanticipated, and unsuspected injuries, damages, loss, and liability, and the consequences of them, as well as those disclosed or known to exist.  You expressly waive all provisions of any state, federal, local, or territorial law or statute which provides that releases will not extend to claims, demands, injuries, or damages that are unknown or unsuspected to exist at the time to the person executing the release.

  6. You authorize ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit  assignees, licensees, legal representatives and transferees to use and publish (with or without your name, company name, or with a fictitious name) any audiovisual recordings, photographs, pictures, portraits or images captured at or around any Festival in any and all forms and media and in all manners, including, but not limited to, composite images and distorted representations, for the purposes of publicity, illustration, commercial art, advertising, publishing (including publishing in electronic form or on Internet websites) for any product or services, or for  such other lawful uses as may be determined by ALOHA Kauai Yoga Festival & Worldwide Peace Meditation Summit. You waive any and all right to review or approve any uses of your name, likeness, images, written copy, or finished product.

  7. This agreement is legally binding upon you and your heirs, estate, assigns, legal guardians, and personal representatives.

  8. By entering into this agreement, you knowingly and voluntarily waive any and all rights you might have to a trial before a jury, and agree to mandatory binding arbitration of all disputes or claims arising out of this Agreement.

  9. If any provision of this Agreement is for any reason held to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect any other provision of this Agreement, and this Agreement will be construed as if such invalid or unenforceable provision were omitted.

This is a release of liability. Cancel your purchase of any Festival ticket if you do not understand or do not agree with the terms of this Agreement.  By entering festival grounds or signing this Liability Waiver, you hereby accept and agree to all terms of this Agreement and our Rules and Regulations.


DISTURBING the PEACE could result in being REMOVED from the ALOHA Festival grounds.
