Meghan's interest in biomechanics began with Aikido and blossomed as a yogi with shoulder and hip pain. Thanks to Iyengar and Anusara teachers that encouraged her nerdy pursuits of understanding alignment, she now revels in pain-free power practices. Meghan employs Loops-and-Spirals principles in verbal and hands-on assists, and loves asking juicy questions with other practitioners of all levels.
