Su’s intention and ambition is to inspire others in the same manner she is inspired by the heart of yoga. Being in the present moment, focusing on breath and keeping an “unattached mind” during asana practice is Su’s core principle in class. She believes that practicing yoga not only strengthens and adds flexibility to the body, but to the mind and everyday life as well. Certified at the 500-hour teacher training level, Su has been teaching since 2006. She volunteers her yoga services weekly to female inmates at the jail near her home in California. In her life before teaching yoga, Su received a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s in Organizational Management and worked in the corporate world.

This class is for beginners, those who crave simplicity, or those looking to reacquaint themselves with mind, breath, body and looking to explore beyond the basic fundamental principles of yoga.
