Corey suffered from chronic neck and shoulder pain in her early twenties, but after one Forrest Yoga Class the pain subsided and she was drawn to the magic. Through continued practice, she has realized she doesn’t have to live in pain, both physically and emotionally. With the consistent reminder of a specific intent and breath, Forrest Yoga has allowed her to release stressful emotions and past trauma.
She completed her teacher training with Ana Forrest and since then has been drawn to learning more about the energy anatomy of the human body. This lead her to then study Bodywork and Reiki. These practices are a means to communicating with another human being through the medium of Touch. When Corey is not teaching, you can find her hiking with her dog or paddle boarding!
